Policies

• Check in 4:00 pm check out 11:00 am.
• Due to the need to get in and clean the cabin late checkout will result in a $100 fee charged to the guest.
• A $40 cleaning fee will be charged per booking.
• Kids under 5 stay free.
• Must be 21 years or older to reserve cabin.
• All children under 18 must be supervised at all times.
• Half the total amount is due upon booking and the remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Bed and bathroom linens are furnished.
• Trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, and hand soap are supplied.
• We also supply a hair dryer and beach towels for the hot tub.
• No parties are permitted.
• NO PETS allowed.

Minimum Stay

• We require a 2 night minimum stay.
• Stays that include a Friday or a Saturday requires a minimum of 2 nights weekend rate.

House Rules

• No smoking permitted inside cabin. Evidence of smoking or cigarette butts inside will result in a $300 fee.
• No additional guests are permitted other than the amount booked.
• If additional guests are discovered there will be a additional charge of $50 per person per night.
• We realize plans can change last minute please call us and inform us of extra guests.
• Hot tubs are not always up to full temperature upon arrival due to cleaning.
• Hot tubs left dirty can result in a fee up to $100.
• No sitting or standing on hot tub cover.
• Any damage to cover will result in a $200 fee.
• We are not responsible for and allergic reactions to chemicals in the hot tub.
